Scott will walk you through the home, explain what he is looking for, what problems are found, what can be done about the problems, how severe they are, explain everything in layman’s terms and summarize verbally at the end of the inspection. However, there are some things that are not part of a regular inspection. Please be sure to read the attached menu/details. We perform our inspections according to the InterNachi Standards of Practice.
